The fourth-year cornerback signed a monster contract extension in the offseason, but had struggled in 2014, giving up more big plays than he was making. And then there’s the penalties, two more of which he was flagged for in Sunday’s 28-17 win over the Dallas Cowboys. Through eight games he’s been called for nine total penalties, which is tied for the most of any player in the NFL.
